Because AOE is built and run by one person, there's no handoff between a sales team and a dev team; the person who scoped your system is the same person building it.

Yes — you'll get updates as major pieces come together, rather than radio silence until launch.
What do you need from me during this stage?
Mainly content and access — logos, copy details, and any accounts the system needs to connect to. Delays here are the most common reason builds run long.
