Test and launch
Every workflow gets run end to end before you ever see it — then your system goes live, and it's yours.
Finding the edge cases before a real customer does.
Before anything goes live, every path gets tested — a booking made, a request submitted, a follow-up triggered — to confirm it behaves the way the plan intended. This is what separates a system that works in a demo from one that holds up with real customers using it.
Full ownership, handed over at launch.
Once the balance is paid, you receive ownership and administrative access to everything built under the agreement — domain, hosting, repository, database, service accounts, configurations, and documentation, wherever third-party terms allow. Nothing stays behind an AOE-controlled account. The system is live and it's yours.
Do I need to test anything myself?
You're welcome to, but it's not required — AOE runs every workflow before handoff so the system is confirmed working when you receive it.
What exactly gets handed over at launch?
All logins, admin access, and data for every system built under the agreement — nothing stays with AOE.
What if something breaks after launch?
For Connected Operation and Owned Operating System clients, the retainer covers fixing issues that come up post-launch. Foundation doesn't include ongoing support after handoff.
