For Connected Operation and Owned Operating System clients, the monthly retainer covers ongoing maintenance, debugging, and refinement as your business evolves — new services, new volume, new edge cases the original build didn't anticipate. Foundation is complete at handoff and doesn't include this stage.

Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes. Cancelling doesn't affect ownership of what's already been delivered — AOE just isn't responsible for maintaining or updating it without an active retainer.
